Which H1 bulb is better to choose?

Consider that the lamps with H1 base - this is still the lot of used cars, which means that the optics will not be in the best condition: a faded reflector, dimly diffuser. In that case, of course, the most interesting option to buy - lamps with increased luminous efficacy, and especially for the head optics. In fog lights there is a nuance - they dip with cold water more often, and the "enhanced" lamps are usually hotter than the standard. This means that the risk of cracking the diffuser is higher. Careful when buying bulbs with increased brightness and need to be to their light distribution - if they will start on the oncoming lane, the drivers there it will be much more noticeable.

If the xenon in the lens optics can somehow make the light almost right, the LEDs with their strongly pronounced directionality of luminescence have completely different requirements to the optics. Headlamps designed for halogen lamps are not designed for point directed light source, well, if one LED lamp uses a few crystals, it can start shining at least into the sky. If you really want to have exactly LED fog lights and it has its advantages - in addition to efficiency, much less risk of cracking when passing a puddle, it is wise to put it is headlights, originally designed with LED light source.
